By accessing this website or completing a purchase from Preschool Ready (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Purchase, Refund Policy, and Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, do not use this Site or purchase our products.
1. Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy
We are honored you have chosen Preschool Ready to support your child’s journey toward preschool readiness. These Terms of Purchase govern all transactions made through our website, email, live events, or any other method.
Digital Products: All Preschool Ready resources—including eBooks, downloads, printables, activity guides, and other digital materials—are delivered electronically. Because of their digital nature, all sales are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Refunds: By purchasing, you agree not to initiate refunds or payment disputes. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
No Unauthorized Use: All products are copyrighted. You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute them without written consent. Unauthorized use will be treated as copyright infringement and pursued legally.
No Guarantees: Every child develops differently. We cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as your child being “preschool ready” in a set timeframe or not experiencing tears during preschool transition. Testimonials represent individual experiences only.
Payment Plans: If you purchase on a payment plan on one of our programs, you are legally responsible for completing all scheduled payments. Missed or declined payments may result in revoked access, and balances remain due.
No partial refunds will be given.
Affiliate Products: Purchases made through affiliate links are subject to the affiliate’s policies. Preschool Ready is not responsible for third-party products or services.
Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, cyber-attacks, power outages, or government restrictions.
By purchasing from Preschool Ready, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Purchase.
2. Ownership and Use of Content
All materials on the Site—including digital downloads, printables, guides, PDFs, videos, graphics, and other resources (collectively, “Content”)—are the property of Preschool Ready or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited and subject to legal action.
3. Intellectual Property
All trade names, trademarks, logos, and service marks, including “Preschool Ready,” " Preschool Without Tears" and "The No Tears Goodbye Routine" "Pocket Promises For Preschool" are owned by the Company or used with permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use our intellectual property without written authorization.
The Company actively enforces its intellectual property rights and reserves all remedies available under law.
4. Accuracy of Information
We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date information but make no representations or warranties that the Site or Content is free from errors or omissions. Reliance on any information provided is at your own risk.
5. Communication and Notices
By providing your email or contact information, you consent to receive communications from the Company, including transactional emails, product updates, and promotional messages. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, though essential transactional messages may still be sent.
6. User Submissions
Any feedback, comments, or materials you submit to the Company shall become the exclusive property of Preschool Ready. We may use, reproduce, or publish such submissions without obligation to you.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to:
Injuries to children or others while engaging in activities,
Property damage from implementing activities,
Errors or omissions in materials,
Service interruptions or inability to access the Site,
Viruses or harmful components,

If dissatisfied, your sole remedy is to stop using the Site and Content. In any event, the Company’s liability shall never exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the product at issue.
